Sinai Road Community Solar

Sinai Road Solar Farm is a 3.5 MW community solar project in Halifax County, Virginia. Developed by ESA, the project will serve approximately 700 low- to moderate-income households through Dominion Energy’s Shared Solar Program, delivering monthly savings of up to 20 percent. Located on a 10-acre parcel behind a timber business, the site will feature fixed-tilt panels, native vegetation buffers, and wildlife-friendly fencing. Subscribers are expected to save over $148,000 annually on electricity costs. With added reliability from three-phase interconnection and long-term local economic benefits, the project supports Halifax County’s goals for equitable and sustainable energy development.
