Marrow Street Solar Farm

Marrow Street Solar Farm is a 2 MW community solar project located on 10 acres in the Town of South Hill, Virginia. Developed by ESA, the project will serve approximately 400 low- to moderate-income households with up to 10 percent monthly bill savings through Dominion Energy’s Shared Solar Program. With single-axis tracker panels, wildlife-friendly fencing, and preserved vegetation, the project is designed to minimize visual impact and promote pollinator habitats. Marrow Street Solar represents a $4.68 million investment and includes community benefit grants, long-term tax revenue, and energy access for residents who cannot install rooftop solar.
