Fishersville Road Solar Farm is a 2 MW community solar project located on 10 acres in Augusta County, Virginia. Developed by ESA, the project will serve approximately 400 low- to moderate-income households through Dominion Energy’s Shared Solar Program, offering up to 10 percent monthly bill savings. With fixed-tilt panels, native landscaping, and wildlife-friendly fencing, the farm is designed to preserve viewsheds and support pollinator habitats. The project includes over $1 million in grid infrastructure upgrades and will contribute $27,000 in new property tax revenue, along with a $169,000 direct payment to the county for community benefit and infrastructure support.
