Enon Road Community Solar Preserve

Enon Road Community Solar Preserve is a 3 MW community solar project with 110 MWh of battery storage, under development in Stafford County, Virginia. Built on 13 acres, the project will serve approximately 600 low- to moderate-income households through Dominion Energy’s Shared Solar Program, offering up to 10% monthly utility savings.

With fixed-tilt panels, native vegetative buffers, and pollinator-friendly groundcover, the project is designed for long-term environmental stewardship. It also includes over $1 million in local grid upgrades and will generate an estimated $400,000 in property tax revenue, helping strengthen both energy access and economic opportunity in the region.
