Mt. Gilead

Mt. Gilead Solar Farm is a 4.5 MW community solar project in Morrow County, Ohio. Located on 23 acres, the project will serve approximately 900 households, offering up to 15 percent monthly bill savings through the state-supported community solar program. The site features single-axis tracker panels, native vegetation buffers, and a solar-grazing ready design supported by an Agrivoltaics Advisory Committee. Mt. Gilead Solar will deliver meaningful long-term economic and environmental benefits to the region, including millions in household energy savings, enhanced energy reliability through local grid upgrades, and strong alignment with Morrow County’s goals for low-impact, locally driven development.
