No Capital Investment
ESA finances and builds the solar project, and your business pays for the power it generates, resulting in two electric bills: one from ESA and one from your utility for any additional energy needed.
Immediate Savings
You typically save 10–20% compared to your current utility rate, with a low 1–2% annual escalation and only pay for the power the solar project produces.
Risk Management
You agree to a 20–25 year power contract and site access via an Easement Agreement, while ESA operates, monitors, and maintains the project at no cost to you.
